P/E của thị trường chung đang ở mức 13 lần liệu đã đủ thấp?

Trong năm 2024, thị trường chứng kiến một hiện tượng hiếm thấy: khối ngoại bán ròng mạnh mẽ với giá trị lên tới 100.000 tỷ đồng. Tuy nhiên, lượng cổ phiếu này gần như đã được nhà đầu tư trong nước âm thầm gom vào. Kết quả là VN-Index đi ngang trong nhiều tháng liền, tạo tâm lý chán nản trên thị trường. Điều này khiến không ít người tự hỏi: Các nhà đầu tư lớn đang suy tính điều gì?
3 lý do để tích lũy cổ phiếu ở thời điểm hiện tại
Dưới đây là những yếu tố khiến nhiều nhà đầu tư dài hạn lựa chọn tiếp tục tích lũy cổ phiếu:
- P/E thị trường ở mức hấp dẫn
So sánh với lịch sử, chỉ số P/E (hệ số giá trên lợi nhuận) hiện đang ở mức rất hấp dẫn. Trong quá khứ, VN-Index từng có P/E lên tới 44 lần giai đoạn 2007-2008. Ngay cả trong những năm gần đây, P/E trung bình vẫn dao động từ 18-19 lần thời điểm covid. Hiện tại, P/E của thị trường chỉ còn 13 lần và dự kiến có thể giảm xuống 12 lần do lợi nhuận của các doanh nghiệp tăng trưởng trong năm 2024 nhưng VN-Index không tăng – tương đương với thời kỳ khủng hoảng tài chính năm 2012. Điều này cho thấy mức định giá cổ phiếu đang rất thấp so với tiềm năng.

- Nền tảng vĩ mô ổn định
Đây là lần đầu tiên trong lịch sử, mức P/E thấp đi kèm với nền tảng kinh tế vĩ mô vững chắc. GDP tăng trưởng ổn định khoảng 7% trong năm 2024 và dự kiến tăng lên 8% trong năm 2025, lạm phát kiểm soát tốt dưới 4% và lợi nhuận doanh nghiệp phục hồi mạnh mẽ. Với tốc độ tăng trưởng hiện tại, nhà đầu tư chỉ cần khoảng 7 năm để hoàn vốn, một con số rất khả quan. - Dòng vốn có dấu hiệu quay trở lại
Cục Dự trữ Liên bang Mỹ (FED) được dự báo sẽ tiếp tục giảm lãi suất vào năm 2025, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho dòng vốn quốc tế quay lại các thị trường mới nổi. Bên cạnh đó, thị trường trái phiếu Việt Nam đang dần ấm lên trở lại sau 2 năm hạn chế. Tính thanh khoản thấp, biên độ giá hẹp và giao dịch tập trung từ dòng tiền thực đều là dấu hiệu tích lũy của các nhà đầu tư dài hạn.
