Phân tích kỹ thuật (technical analysis) là cách dùng biểu đồ giá, khối lượng giao dịch và các chỉ báo để dự đoán xu hướng giá cổ phiếu. Nó khác với phân tích cơ bản (fundamental analysis) ở chỗ không quan tâm nhiều đến nội tại công ty mà tập trung vào hành vi thị trường.
1. Ý tưởng chính của phân tích kỹ thuật
Phân tích kỹ thuật dựa trên 3 nguyên tắc:
- Giá phản ánh tất cả: Mọi thông tin (tin tức, tài chính, tâm lý) đã được “nhúng” vào giá cổ phiếu.
- Giá di chuyển theo xu hướng: Giá thường đi theo một hướng (tăng, giảm, hoặc đi ngang) cho đến khi có dấu hiệu đảo chiều.
- Lịch sử lặp lại: Hành vi nhà đầu tư có xu hướng giống nhau trong các tình huống tương tự.
Mục tiêu là tìm điểm mua (entry) và điểm bán (exit) dựa trên biểu đồ.
2. Công cụ cơ bản trong phân tích kỹ thuật
Để phân tích kỹ thuật hiệu quả, mày cần làm quen với mấy thứ sau:
a. Biểu đồ giá (Chart)
- Nến Nhật (Candlestick): Mỗi cây nến thể hiện giá mở cửa, đóng cửa, cao nhất, thấp nhất trong một khoảng thời gian (1 phút, 1 ngày, 1 tuần). Nến xanh = giá tăng, nến đỏ = giá giảm.
- Xu hướng (Trend):
- Tăng (Uptrend): Giá tạo đỉnh cao hơn (Higher Highs) và đáy cao hơn (Higher Lows).
- Giảm (Downtrend): Đỉnh thấp hơn (Lower Highs) và đáy thấp hơn (Lower Lows).
- Đi ngang (Sideways): Giá dao động trong một vùng hẹp.
Mẹo: Dùng đường xu hướng (Trendline) nối các đỉnh/đáy để xác định hướng đi của giá.
b. Khối lượng giao dịch (Volume)
- Khối lượng cao khi giá tăng = xu hướng mạnh, nhiều người tham gia.
- Khối lượng thấp khi giá giảm = dấu hiệu suy yếu, có thể sắp đảo chiều.
- Ví dụ: Giá cổ phiếu XYZ tăng từ 50k lên 60k với volume khủng, khả năng còn tăng tiếp.
c. Hỗ trợ và kháng cự (Support & Resistance)
- Hỗ trợ: Mức giá mà cổ phiếu thường bật lên khi chạm vào (vùng cầu mạnh).
- Kháng cự: Mức giá mà cổ phiếu hay bị chặn lại, không vượt qua được (vùng cung mạnh).
- Cách dùng: Mua gần hỗ trợ, bán gần kháng cự. Nếu giá phá vỡ (breakout) kháng cự kèm volume lớn, đó là tín hiệu mua mạnh.
3. Các chỉ báo phân tích kỹ thuật cơ bản
Dưới đây là mấy chỉ báo phổ biến, dễ dùng:
a. Đường trung bình động (Moving Averages – MA)
- MA50, MA200: Trung bình giá 50 ngày hoặc 200 ngày.
- Cách dùng:
- MA50 cắt lên MA200 (Golden Cross): Tín hiệu mua, giá có thể tăng dài hạn.
- MA50 cắt xuống MA200 (Death Cross): Tín hiệu bán, giá có thể giảm sâu.
- Ví dụ: Cổ phiếu VNM có MA50 cắt lên MA200, giá từ 70k tăng lên 85k sau 2 tháng.
b. RSI (Relative Strength Index)
- Đo sức mạnh xu hướng, dao động từ 0-100.
- Quá mua (Overbought): RSI > 70, giá có thể giảm.
- Quá bán (Oversold): RSI < 30, giá có thể tăng.
- Mẹo: Đừng mua/bán ngay khi RSI chạm 70 hoặc 30, đợi xác nhận từ giá hoặc volume.
c. MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence)
- Gồm 2 đường (MACD Line và Signal Line) và biểu đồ histogram.
- Tín hiệu mua: MACD cắt lên Signal, histogram chuyển từ âm sang dương.
- Tín hiệu bán: MACD cắt xuống Signal, histogram từ dương sang âm.
- Ví dụ: MACD của HPG cho tín hiệu mua ở 25k, sau đó giá lên 30k.
d. Bollinger Bands
- Dải băng quanh giá, gồm 3 đường (trung bình, trên, dưới).
- Giá chạm dải trên = quá mua, chạm dải dưới = quá bán.
- Dải thu hẹp = thị trường sắp có biến động lớn.
4. Quy trình phân tích kỹ thuật cơ bản
gợi ý làm theo các bước này:
- Xem xu hướng chung: Dùng biểu đồ tuần hoặc tháng để xác định cổ phiếu đang tăng, giảm hay đi ngang.
- Xác định hỗ trợ/kháng cự: Tìm vùng mua bán tiềm năng.
- Kiểm tra chỉ báo: Kết hợp MA, RSI, MACD để xác nhận tín hiệu.
- Quan sát volume: Volume tăng cùng xu hướng là dấu hiệu đáng tin.
- Đặt kế hoạch: Quyết định điểm mua, điểm cắt lỗ (stop-loss) và chốt lời (take-profit).
Ví dụ thực tế: Cổ phiếu FPT đang ở 90k, xu hướng tăng, chạm hỗ trợ MA50 tại 85k, RSI 45 (không quá bán), volume ổn định. Mua ở 85k, cắt lỗ 80k, chốt lời 95k.
5. Lưu ý khi dùng phân tích kỹ thuật trong chứng khoán
- Không tuyệt đối: Phân tích kỹ thuật chỉ là công cụ, không phải lời tiên tri. Kết hợp với tin tức và phân tích cơ bản sẽ chắc ăn hơn.
- Thời gian: Chart ngày hợp với lướt sóng, chart tuần/tháng hợp với đầu tư dài.
- Tâm lý: Đừng để cảm xúc chi phối, tuân thủ kỷ luật cắt lỗ/chốt lời.
- Thử nghiệm: Dùng tài khoản demo (như trên TradingView) để tập phân tích trước khi chơi thật.
